Everything was fabulous, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I mean, we had this lovely meal on the first evening that felt like it was cooked right out of a high-end restaurant, superb flavor and all.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for. Worth every dime.

Noise from the nearby pub became a serious bother, particularly on weekends, as the music persisted until midnight without any soundproofing in place to hush it down. The single glazing didn’t help either, letting in street sounds that felt intrusive at times. The curtains, while large, struggled to fully block light and didn't offer much in the way of privacy—leaving a feeling of being in a bit of a 'goldfish bowl'. Poor water pressure from the taps and shower was another letdown that affected comfort during use.

I had a warm and cozy stay in a lovely clean room, perfect for my weekend wandering, with just a short, less than a 5-minute walk to the historic Caernarfon Town Walls and beautiful views at the nearby Llyn Llydaw, making every moment of my adventures worthwhile. I wish there was a microwave for longer stays but the overall experience was delightful.
